We know you are excited to get your Zenful order, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times. We are working hard with the people in our warehouses to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologise, this is something that will change in the near future.

*PLEASE NOTE* As of 20/12/22 - Our shipping providers are experiencing larger volumes than usual due to the holiday period. All orders may be delayed by up to 7 days. We are working closely to ensure that these delays are kept to a minimum and are eliminated in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience! ❤️

Is delivery free?

Absolutely! Delivery is free on all orders Australia wide. How good is that!

How long until I get my Zenful order?

We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your Zenful order as soon as possible.

For all metro areas please allow up to 3-7 business days, outside all metro areas please allow up to 7-12.

Please note; these are estimates, in our experience people have been receiving their orders in a little over a week. However, deliveries to rural areas as well as Northern Territory and Western Australia are currently experiencing 10 day delays.

Where is my item delivered from?

Your order will be shipped from one of our many Australian warehouses.

All items will be shipped from the closest warehouse to your shipping address, to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.
